Fans of the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City’s Deer Valley, where you can hop on a ski lift just steps from the tony five-star resort’s back entrance, might be happy to note that there are permanent residences in store. This way, industryites who make the annual trek to Sundance don’t have to secure their reservations a year in advance.

The 14-home/40-condo complex, with prices beginning at $6.9 million and $2.4 million, respectively, is kitted out in “new mountain contemporary.” Buyers can expect the same posh appointments as the Lodge, with a mix of imported marble, stone and refined woods for that rustic yet luxurious aesthetic the resort’s patrons have come to expect. Communal indoor/outdoor pools will be part of the complex, half of which will be ready by the time Sundance 2016 rolls around.
