Telegenic personal trainer Jillian Michaels announced in late June that she will not — for the third time — return as the baddest of the badass trainers on the next season of “The Biggest Loser.” Within weeks of the announcement, the fearsomely fit exercise fiend simultaneously sold her stone-faced contemporary house in the Hollywood Hills for $2.15 million, and shelled out $3.61 mil for a 7ish-acre spread in the rolling, sea breeze-licked hills above Malibu’s celebrity-saturated Point Dume.

Privately set down a long, snaking driveway, the 3,660-square-foot stone-faced and cedar-sided residence has three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a self-contained one-bed and one-bath guesthouse. Limestone floors extend throughout most of the main floor living spaces, which also feature rugged stone accents, vaulted and sky-lit exposed wood ceilings, and a couple of massive, flagstone-faced fireplaces. At least two of the bathrooms have hand-painted ceramic tile murals in the shower areas, and the master bathroom sports a slipper-style hand-hammered copper bathtub.

Semi-tropically landscaped grounds around the house include a bridge-crossed koi pond, a huge flagstone terrace with built-in bbq, gazebo, an elevated deck with over-the-treetop mountain views, and a rock-ringed lagoon-style saltwater swimming pool. Unbeknownst to this property gossip, Miz Michaels either is or aims to be a horsewoman, as she selected a fully equipped equestrian estate that includes a six-stall barn, riding arena, training ring and several fenced and irrigated pastures.
