Brad Falchuk Picks Up Pad on Las Tunas Beach (EXCLUSIVE)

It was Yolanda Yakketyyak who first snitched to Your Mama that recently divorced seven-time Emmy nominated television writer Brad Falchuk — a fella otherwise known in all the celebrity gossip glossies as Gwyneth Paltrow’s post-Chris Martin man-friend — quietly laid out $3.84 million (via blind trust) for a modern-minded oceanfront dwelling on Malibu’s Las Tunas Beach.

Listing details show the boxy beach house was recently re-imagined by L.A. architect Bruce Bolander, with four bedrooms and three full and two half bathrooms in 2,820 square feet of warmly sleek and sun-flooded space, finished with white oak mill work, hot-rolled steel and luminous epoxy floors. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliders open to a series of balconies, one with built-in heaters and sweeping ocean and coastline views. A roomy patio tucked underneath the three-story abode extends out toward the sand and surf, with a built-in lounge area and free-standing spa.

Property records indicate Falchuk and his ex-wife, producer Suzanne Bukinik (“According to Jim”), continue to co-own a fairly modest residence in the hills above Sherman Oaks that they picked up in the early days of their marriage for $670,000.
