The popular iPhone and Android game “Flappy Bird” has been copied once again, this time using Miley Cyrus’ face, and has dominated the free iPhone app chart.
“Flying Cyrus” swaps out the bird for the “Wrecking Ball” singer’s head – complete with her signature stuck-out tongue – and replaces the game’s green pipes with wrecking balls and sledgehammers.
“Flying Cyrus” is currently the No. 1 free app in Apple’s App Store and is just one of several “Flappy Bird” imitations that have emerged recently, prompting Apple and Google to reject apps with the word “Flappy” in the title. Last week, “Flappy Bird” creator Dong Nguyen removed his megahit game from app stores after posting an announcement via Twitter 22 hours prior.
