‘Marvel Experience’ Tour Starts Previews in December

Phoenix will become the first city to host “The Marvel Experience,” producers announced from New York Comic Con on Thursday.

The traveling attraction that is housed inside seven domes, covering two acres, will preview between Dec. 12-Jan. 3 from Phoenix’s Salt River Fields before hosting its official premiere in Dallas on Jan. 9, 2015. San Diego and San Francisco will also host the experience for three weeks each before it moves to the east coast.

Hero Ventures is producing the project for Marvel, and is promoted by S2BN Entertainment.

Attraction will also feature a life-size version of the Avengers’ Quinjet, a 360-degree, 3D stereoscopic full-Dome film and 4D motion ride, which has guests serve as agents of SHIELD in training as Spider-Man, the Incredible Hulk and Iron Man battle against supervillains Red Skull, M.O.D.O.K. and an army of evil Adaptoids.

Tickets for “The Marvel Experience” will go on sale to the general public beginning Oct. 10 through Ticketmaster. The full schedule of the experience is available through the attraction’s website.
