High Noon Adds Jill Schwartz as Development Head

Unscripted production company High Noon Entertainment has added Jill Schwartz as SVP of development, the ITV Studios subsidiary announced Wednesday.

“Jill’s reputation in the community is stellar and her experience is vast – from game to docu to format, she’s accomplished it all and successfully” said Jim Berger, High Noon CEO. “She’s a perfect fit for our team and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her driving our development efforts.”

Schwartz was previously SVP of alternative programming and development for Fox Television Studios and oversaw shows like “The Girls Next Door,” “Kendra,” and “Holly’s World” on E!, as well as “The Wanda Sykes Show” and “Talkshow with Spike Feresten” on Fox.

Prior to Fox Television, Schwartz spent 10 years at FremantleMedia North America and oversaw production on the first five seasons of “American Idol” as well as shows like “Family Feud,” “Match Game,” and “To Tell the Truth.”

High Noon continues an active year, with a production slate that includes TLC’s “Cake Boss.” Earlier this year, it announced its first co-production deal, partnering with reality competition producer Michael Dietz.
