The Company Adds Jason Henry as Reality Development Exec

Exec arrives after tenures at Katalyst Films, RSP

The Company has carved out a post for Jason Henry, former head of development at Ashton Kutcher’s shingle and Ryan Seacrest Prods.

Henry, an Emmy-winning producer, will serve as senior veep of unscripted development at The Company, reporting to founder Charlie Ebersol.

Jason has an incomparable track record of creating shows that attract big audiences to unexpected and entertaining content,” said Ebersol, Founder and CEO of The Company. “His uncanny success in working with the biggest names to make big, visceral, and empowering television makes him the perfect to fulfill our company’s mission to bring joy, happiness and change through entertainment.”

Henry’s unscripted credits includes “Wipeout,” “Fear Factor” and “Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution.” The exec also has experience in the branded entertainment space, where he’s created content for brands including Microsoft, AT&T and Coca-Cola.

Henry’s hiring arrives after shingle co-founder Justin Hochberg abruptly ankled his position last month, leaving Ebersol with the reigns at The Company.
