TBS orders pair of reality series

Shows come from exec producers Howie Mandel, Mark Burnett

Turner is continuing its ramp up of reality projects, this time greenlighting a pair of series for TBS from Howie Mandel and Mark Burnett.

Mandel’s hidden-camera show “Deal With It” is a format from Israeli-based Keshet Broadcasting where people are asked to pull a prank on a friend with little time to prepare.

TBS has ordered six episodes with Mandel, Mike Marks and Roy Bank exec producing. Lionsgate is producing.

In “Trust Me, I’m a Game Show Host,” two hosts give an answer to a contestant who must determine who is telling the truth.

Net has ordered 10 episodes with Burnett, Will MacDonald and David Granger exec producing.

There are no premiere dates yet for either series.
