Sam Catlin Signs Overall with Sony Pictures Television

Deal includes Catlin co-exec producing Fox's new series 'Rake'

Sam Catlin has inked a two-year overall with Sony Pictures TV.

Under the deal, the “Breaking Bad” co-exec producer will continue to develop original projects for the studio, and serve as co-exec producer on Fox’s upcoming drama “Rake.”

Catlin, who previously held an overall at Sony, joined “Breaking Bad” in 2008 as a co-producer. He has also been an executive story editor on Fox’s “Canterbury’s Law,” and story editor on NBC’s “Kidnapped.”

Catlin has also worked in the feature film realm, penning indie comedy “The Great New Wonderful.”

He is repped by UTA and attorney Ken Richman.
