‘Office’ Alums Gabe Miller, Jonathan Green Set Comedies at CBS and NBC

Pair field pilot prospects through Warner Bros. TV, Universal TV

Comedy writers Gabe Miller and Jonathan Green (“The Office”) have set two development prospects, one at CBS, the other at NBC.

The untitled CBS entry revolves around a lifestyle expert who has trouble connecting with people, particularly the woman who falls for him. It’s a single-camera vehicle set up through Warner Bros. TV.

The untitled NBC project, hailing from Universal TV, is also a single-cam. It centers on two overachievers whose childhood rivalry flares anew when they find themselves working at a Huffington Post-style website. Peter Traugott and Rachel Kaplan are also exec producers.

Miller and Green’s credits also include “The Cleveland Show” and “The Late Show with David Letterman.” The pair served as co-exec producers on the final season of “The Office,” and they exec produced with “Office” boss Greg Daniels an NBC comedy pilot produced earlier this year starring another “Office” mate, Craig Robinson, which remains a contender for a series order at the Peacock.

Miller and Green are repped by UTA.
