Marc Liepis has joined ID as vice president of the PR firm’s Gotham branch after a long tenure at the Peacock.

The publicity vet logged 12 years as senior director of publicity at NBC, overseeing campaigns for late night programs including “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” and “SNL.” He then transitioned to production in the late night space, serving as one of the original segment producers on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”

Liepis has also consulted on IFC’s “Portlandia” and worked on the Golden Globes with hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. Prior to his time at the Peacock, Liepis occupied the daytime realm, helping to launch Telepictures/Warner Bros.’ “The Rosie O’Donnell Show.”

“I’ve worked closely with members of the ID team for years,” said Liepis. “[It] feels like the perfect place to use and expand my varied skills and experience.”
