A-mah-zing news for fans of the canceled cult hit “Happy Endings” — re-runs are headed to VH1 in 2014.

The former ABC comedy and Sony Pictures Television production will begin airing on Wednesday nights from 7:00-9:00 PM beginning Jan. 8, 2014.

VH1 will also air all 57 episodes in a row starting on New Year’s Eve at 8:00 PM and will make the episodes available online using VH1′s TV Everywhere platforms and the VH1 app.

“’Happy Endings’ is one of our favorite network series, and we consider ourselves lucky to be able to add it to the VH1 line-up,” said Ben Zurier, Executive Vice President, Programming, VH1. “The show’s authentic voice, memorable characters, and smart humor really stands out, and we’re really pleased to be able to provide new platforms for viewers to enjoy it over and over.”

“Happy Endings” aired for three seasons on ABC but was canceled earlier this year. Sony tried shopping the show around to other networks (with USA being its biggest suitor) but ultimately no deal was reached.
