Not long ago, every low moment (subject to interpretation) in culture, high and low, big and small, became the target of Hitler’s anger in frustration in a series of parody videos based on the film “Downfall.”
Based on a critical scene (are there any other kind?) from Sunday’s “Bad” episode, the viral videos feature the characters played by Dean Norris and Betsy Brandt taking in something — almost anything — in horror. Like “Downfall,” their reactions can be tailored to almost anything. Unlike “Downfall,” you don’t need to write the dialogue. You just need to watch them watching things.

Perhaps nothing will quite be as clever as those “Downfall” parodies, but let’s face it, they had played out a bit. The same fate will no doubt befall Hank and Marie — at which point, I’m confident, we’ll see Hank and Marie watching Hank and Marie with horrified disgust.
