Gottlieb, named to his previous position in February, oversees Fox Sports’ consumer marketing efforts on all platforms and played a key role in this month’s rebranding and launch of national cable sports networks Fox Sports 1 and Fox Sports 2.
“We appointed Robert head of marketing with every confidence that he would maintain the high level of creative excellence that has been a Fox Sports trademark since 1994, elevating our linear and digital assets to new heights,” said Fox Sports co-prexy and COO Randy Freer. “Clearly, he has exceeded our expectations. Gottlieb joined Fox Sports in 2004 as VP/creative director of on-air promotions.
