Amber Tamblyn Upped to Regular on ‘Two and a Half Men’

Amber Tamblyn has been promoted to series on regular on the hit CBS show “Two and a Half Men.”

Tamblyn joined the show as a guest star this season, playing the role of Charlie Harper’s illegitimate daughter. She appears in five of the season’s first six episodes.

Tamblyn’s character Jenny moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting and to connect with what’s left of her family (her father was played on the show by Charlie Sheen).  Jenny is now living in Walden’s (Ashton Kutcher) beach house, along with her uncle Alan (Jon Cryer). She happens to like everything her dad liked – including women.

Tamblyn previously rose to fame 10 years ago on CBS’ “Joan of Arcadia,” for which she received Emmy and Golden Globe nominations.
