Alec Sulkin, Wellesley Wild Sign with 20th Century Fox

Pair have worked on Fox's "Family Guy," and forthcoming comedy "Dads"

“Ted” scribes Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild have ink a two-year overall deal with 20th Century Fox TV.

In addition to “Ted,” the Emmy-nominated pair has worked extensively with Seth MacFarlane, writing for Fox’s “Family Guy” since 2004 and more recently exec producing the toon laffer. They’re project “Dads,” produced by 20th Century Fox TV and also conceived with MacFarlane, was recently picked up to series by Fox.

Currently, Wild and Sulkin are lensing “A Million Ways to Die in the West,” a western comedy that the duo penned with MacFarlane and are exec producing.

“Seth has always raved about their work on ‘Family Guy,’ and having worked closely with them on ‘Dads,’ we understand why he values them so highly,” said studio chairman Gary Newman. “They have a dark and twisted sense of humor, and their dedication to making the pilot the best it could be was really impressive. This deal keeps them at the studio for years to come, where they’ll focus their energies on ‘Dads’ as well as ultimately develop other projects. We couldn’t be happier to have Alec and Wellesley on our roster.”
