Bruce Springsteen, Jerry Seinfeld Back for Stand Up for Heroes

Jon Stewart, Roger Waters also perform at Nov. 6 event supporting wounded veterans

Jerry Seinfeld, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Stewart and Roger Waters are among the performers set for the 7th annual Stand Up for Heroes benefit in Gotham on Nov. 6 to raise money for wounded service members.

The event is organized by the Bob Woodruff Foundation and held in conjunction with the New York Comedy Festival, which runs Nov. 6-10 at various venues. The Heroes concert will be staged at the Theater at Madison Square Garden.

Stand Up for Heroes has raised $16 million to aid wounded veterans since its inception. This year’s presenting sponsor is the consortium of financial firms known as Veterans on Wall Street.
