FilmDistrict Promotes Trio Of Execs

Lemberger named exec VP of business affairs and general counsel

U.S. distributor FilmDistrict has promoted a trio of execs — Beth Lemberger, Brad Goldberg and Anjay Nagpal.

Lemberger has been promoted to exec VP of business affairs and general counsel, continuing  to report to FilmDistrict CEO Peter Schlessel.

Goldberg has been given the new title exec VP of media and digital and continues to report to marketing prez Christine Birch.

Nagpal has been promoted to senior VP of finance and business development, continuing to report to chief operating officer Adrian Alperovich.

Lemberger previously served as general counsel and head of business affairs. Goldberg is being promoted from the position of senior VP of media.  Nagpal moves up from VP of finance and business development.

FilmDistrict’s recent releases include “Looper” and “Drive.” Upcoming releases include “Dead Man Down,” which opens Friday, and “Olympus Has Fallen,” set for an April 5 launch.
