Sundance comedy hit “A.C.O.D.” has found a home, with the Film Arcade and Paramount Home Media Distribution acquiring the film for distribution.

The Film Arcade will handle domestic distribution and Paramount Home Media will manage domestic home entertainment, television licensing and digital distribution, as well as all international distribution.

“A.C.O.D.,” an acronym for “adult children of divorce,” was helmed by first-time director Stuart Zicherman and follows a grown man, played by Adam Scott, who is still caught in the crossfire of his parents’ 15-year divorce. He discovers he was unknowingly part of a study on divorced children and is enlisted in a follow-up years later, which wreaks new havoc on his family.

Richard Jenkins, Jessica Alba and Amy Poehler also star. Teddy Schwarzman’s Black Bear Pictures fully financed the project, with Schwarzman producing the film alongside Karlin and Tim Perell.

Mark Ankner from WME Global represented on behalf of the filmmakers.
