Candlewood Entertainment has completed its first film — haunted house project “Home,” written and directed by Nicholas McCarthy (“The Pact”).

Sonny Mallhi produced and Gina Resnick, Kyle Heller and Jeremy Platt exec produced the project.

“Home” will be for sale at the European Film Market at the Berlinale with XYZ Films handling foreign sales through its partnership with Celluloid Nightmares and UTA repping domestic rights.

Project stars Naya Rivera, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Ashley Rickards and Colin Egglesfield. The movie follows a young woman investigating a house that appears to be haunted by the previous tenant who unwittingly welcomed the devil into her life.

McCarthy made his feature debut with “The Pact,” which premiered at last year’s Sundance.

McCarthy is represented by UTA, Generate and attorney Jeremy Tenser. Rivera is represented by UTA, Sharyn Talent Management and Hansen Jacobson. Moreno is represented by UTA and Principal Entertainment. Rickards is represented by UTA, Kritzer Levine Wilkins Griffin Entertainment and Hansen Jacobson. Egglesfield is repped by UTA, Brillstein and Bloom Hergott.
