Netflix has released a teaser for Aziz Ansari’s comedy special “Buried Alive,” which is set to roll out on the streaming platform Nov. 1.
Special, taped at the Merriam Theater in Philadelphia, features Ansari discussing marriage, parenting and love in the modern era. “Buried Alive” also follows Ansari’s comedy tour across 75 cities, including New York, London and Sydney.
Netflix has launched other comedy specials on its platform in the past, but “Buried Alive” marks the first to receive the Netflix Original treatment when it comes to marketing, in line with “Orange is the New Black” and “House of Cards.”
Previous comedy specials from Ansari including “Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening” and “Dangerously Delicious” are already available on Netflix.
