May — Emmett/Furla goes to Cannes for first time.

2003

January — Launch of digital production division Resolution Digital, headed by Gavin Lloyd

February — Intl. distribution deal with Millennium Films extended.

2005

April — Andrew Douglas’ “The Amityville Horror”(pictured), with Ryan Reynolds, earns $65 million.

March — Richard Donner crime drama “16 Blocks” with Bruce Willis hauls in $37 million B.O.

April — Equity fund worth more than $100 million with Japan-based Imec and Korona

November — Along with Cheetah Vision Films, partnership with Georgia-based entrepreneur Richard Jackson to produce and co-finance three to five pics per year

October — Emmett’s Cheetah Vision and Furla’s Film Partners team up with Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson on 10-pic deal backed by $200 million fund; Grindstone Entertainment/Lionsgate to release.

2011

April — 10-picture deal with music provider Cutting Edge Group for projects to be distributed domestically by Lionsgate

September — Partnership with Envision Entertainment on $250 million revolving equity and debt fund
