Ben Silverman is getting his old team back together.

The founder of Electus has hired John Pollak as president of the studio’s international division. He worked as the international chief at Silverman’s previous company, Reveille, as did the recently named CEO of Electus, Chris Grant.

“Similar to the early days at Reveille, we are implementing a strategy to deliver the greatest possible revenue to our creative partners,” said Grant.

Pollak will oversee distribution of Electus’ programming as well as programs and formats from third-party providers.

The Electus stable includes unscripted series such as “MasterChef” and “The Biggest Loser” and scripted titles like “The Listener” and “Archer.”

The hire establishes a new division, Electus International, that expands on a partnership the company had with Engine Entertainment to handle overseas sales and acquisitions. Engine CEO Chris Phillip will stay on to lead a new global scripted production initiative.

Pollak comes over from Shine International, which previously absorbed Reveille.
