Gonzaga goes ‘Legit’ for FX

Thesp joins cabler's upcoming laffer

Ginger Gonzaga has been cast in FX’s upcoming laffer “Legit.”

Halfhour comedy centers on a comedian named Jim, played by Australian comedian Jim Jeffries, who attempts to become more legitimate in his life. Gonzaga will play Jim’s girlfriend Peggy.

Gonzaga appeared in “Ted” this year and recently wrapped production on indie pic “Someone Marry Barry.” She also has a recurring role on CBS midseason show “Friend Me.”

Gonzaga is repped by Industry Entertainment and Innovative artists.
