Fox Networks Group has upped business and legal affairs execs Kelly Cline, Matthew Bensen and Phillip Gharabegian. Moves complement the previously announced restructuring of the FNG team.

Cline has been promoted from senior veep to exec VP of business and legal affairs, entertainment for Fox Cable Networks. In his new role, he will be responsible for FX, Fox Movie Channel, National Geographic Channel and NG Wild. He first joined the company in 1989 as counsel for 20th Century Fox Television.

Previously VP of business and legal affairs, Bensen will now serve as senior veep of business and legal affairs, network distribution for FCN. He will continue to offer strategic advice on areas including retransmission consent and multiplatform distribution agreements.

Gharabegian will be upped from veep, business and legal affairs, to senior VP, business and legal affairs, sports for FCN. He will focus on rights agreements for FSN regional networks. Before joining Fox in 2002, he was an attorney with Hogan & Hartson.
