Twentieth Century Fox Television has promoted key execs in its development department.

Dana Honor has been upped to senior VP of comedy development and Lisa Katz to senior veep of drama development. Honor will now report to Jonathan Davis, exec vice president of comedy development and animation. Katz reports to Michael Thorn, senior VP of drama development.

Honor’s career at the studio began in the current department, working on projects including “The Simple Life” and “Yes, Dear.” She has since helped develop skeins including “Raising Hope” and “Don’t Trust the B—- in Apt. 23.”

Davis called Honor a “dedicated, smart, creative executive who has built terrific relationships with producers and talent and has a fantastic track record of success.” Prior to joining 20th, Honor worked at Silver Pictures as director of development.

Katz was a director at Brad Grey Television before joining 20th Century Fox TV. At 20th, she has helped develop such series as “Bones,” “The Unit,” and “Awake.”
