Courtney B. Vance going to ‘Graceland’

Thesp cast as FBI agent in Jeff Eastin's USA Network pilot

Courtney B. Vance has been cast in Jeff Eastin’s USA Network pilotGraceland.”

Pilot examines the problems when the Drug Enforcement Agency, FBI and U.S. Customs department are all forced to live together in an undercover assignment.

Vance will play Sam Campbell a veteran FBI special agent who is the section chief at Quantico and the mentor for Mike Warren, a freshly minted agent just out of the academy.

Others already cast include Daniel Sunjata (“Rescue Me”), Aaron Tveit and Scottie Thompson.

Eastin, showrunner and exec producer of USA Network’s “White Collar,” wrote the pilot. “White Collar” vet Russell Fine will direct.

Vance recently was cast as a defense attorney in ABC’s buzzy drama “Revenge” and also appeared in a guest-starring role in TNT procedural “The Closer.”

Vance is repped by Steven Siebert at Lighthouse Entertainment, the Gersh Agency and attorney Darrell Miller of Fox Rothschild.
