Comedy Central India, in business for a year now, has acquired exclusive rights to “Anger Management” in a pact with Lionsgate Intl. Television, the two companies said Thursday.
The series debuted to an impressive 5.74 million viewers in the U.S. and subsequently received an unusual 90-episode commitment.
Lionsgate Intl. Lionsgate’s Debmar-Mercury distributes the show in the U.S., where it’s been sold into syndication with the Fox station group.
