Kathy Griffin will host a weekly hourlong yakker for Bravo revolving around pop culture and celeb gossip.

Talkshow dubbed “Kathy” is targeted to bow in the spring. Show will also feature taped segs and standup routines from Griffin, an Emmy winner for her past Bravo series “My Life on the D List.” Griffin has also signed for two more standup comedy specials for cabler.

In other programming news from Bravo during its Saturday sesh at the Television Critics Assn. press tour in Pasadena, the cabler has set “Iron Chef” mainstay Cat Cora and Curtis Stone as hosts of its globe-trotting cooking competish series “Around the World in 80 Plates.” Series, featuring 12 chefs racing across 10 countries in 44 days, is set to bow in May.

Frances Berwick, prexy of Bravo Media and Style Media, touted a 25% spike in original programming slated for Bravo in the coming year.
