Insiders: Exec shuffles

Bryan Bowles has been appointed exec veep of corporate development for ITV Studios America. He joins the U.S. arm of the British media giant after serving as veep of corporate development and M&A for Sony Corp. of America.
W. Tucker McCrady has joined the entertainment and media practice of Greenberg Traurig in its Gotham office. He was previously veep of litigation for Warner Music Group.
Hank Lightstone has joined the Film Group, the joint venture of Rave Cinemas and Bow Tie Cinemas, as senior veep and head buyer. A former exec at United Artists, Lightstone most recently was a partner in Paragon Entertainment.
Susan Malfa has been promoted to senior veep of ad sales for Bravo Media, Oxygen Media, Style Media and Women At NBCU. Malfa joined Bravo as veep of sales in 2007.
TruTV has appointed Mark Powell as veep of current programming and specials. An experienced reality producer, Powell joined the Turner cabler in early 2011 as an exec producer.
Larry Birstock has been named g.m. of Universal Studios Digital Services, the studio’s post-production group. Birstock has held senior exec posts at Post Logic, Technicolor and Deluxe.
Starz Entertainment has appointed Erin Dwyer as executive director, digital marketing for originals and Joe Salvati as executive director for brand and digital sites. Dwyer comes to the pay cabler from agency Marketing Arm. Salvati most recently ran his own consulting shingle.
NBCUniversal’s Bridget Baker, Scripps Networks’ A.B. Cruz, Discovery’s Bill Goodwyn and Yes Network’s Ray Hopkins have joined the board of the T. Howard Foundation.
