Walsh set for indie ‘Grace’

'Switched at Birth' thesp to co-star in ghostly feature

Maiara Walsh (“Desperate Housewives”) has landed a leading role in independent feature “Grace.”

Pic is produced by Mark Donadio and Miriam Marcus. John Stimpson is directing from a script by Marcy Holland.

Walsh will play the best friend of the title character, played by Kelcie Stranahan. She’s killed in an accident that Grace is accused of causing and reaches out from beyond the grave to help unveil the truth about what happened.

Walsh also stars in ABC Family’s “Switched at Birth.” She is repped by APA & Untitled Entertainment.
