Daniel Espinosa’s “Snabba Cash” will hit U.S. theaters on July 27, nearly two years after it screened at the Toronto Intl. Film Festival.

The Weinstein Co. dated the Swedish movie Wednesday and will release it as “Easy Money.”

“Snabba Cash” is based on the 2006 Jens Lapidus novel of three interlocking stories about set in Stockholm about friends who become involved with drugs and organized crime. Espinosa (“Safe House”) directed “Snabba Cash” with Joel Kinnaman portraying the lead as a taxi driver and cocaine runner.

The pic debuted in Sweden in early 2010 and TWC picked up the rights shortly thereafter at Berlin. Warner Bros. announced last year that it had won the bid for the English-language remake rights and has attached Zac Efron to star.
