The scorching heat didn’t stop the fully costumed leads of “The Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure” from attending their pic’s Sunday afternoon preem at the Chinese Theater.

Cloris Leachman said her costumed co-stars made her want to giggle. “You want to poke at them, peek in and see where they are,” she joked.

The iconic forecourt was transformed into a pre-screening carnival for the family affair. Children enjoyed entertainers in stilts, games, balloons and lots of candy.

Jaime Pressly brought son Dezi, since he’s the reason she decided to lend her thesping and dancing talents to the movie in the first place.

“He got to run through fields and fields of tulips,” she recalled. “A dream wonderland was created, and it was incredible to watch Dezi see all of those things.”

“Oogieloves” creator Kenn Viselman came with his mother and a pair of bright green shoes, decorated with attached teddy bear head and arms. But mom didn’t approve of the shoes at first.

“She’s like, ‘What is wrong with you? You’re 51 years old,'” Viselman recalled.
