The 2013 Writers Guild Awards have been set for Feb. 17 at the JW Marriott at L.A. Live, with feature and documentary nominations to be announced Jan. 3.
Submissions in those categories, as well as new media writing, will be due Nov. 16.
TV, radio, news, promotional writing and graphic animation will have their nominations announced Dec. 6. Submissions for the TV categories — including the Paul Selwyn Award — are due Oct. 12.
New media and videogame writing nominees will be announced Jan. 16.
The final voting period for screenplay and TV series winners will end Jan. 25.
A panel featuring the WGA-nominated screenwriters has been scheduled for Feb. 7 at the Writers Guild Theater in Beverly Hills.
The WGAs will once again take place a week before the Oscar ceremony.
As usual, the WGA East will also hold a simultaneous awards ceremony in New York City at BB King’s on Times Square
