LONDON — U.K. international sales and financing company Protagonist Pictures has named Nada Cirjanic and David Bishop joint directors of worldwide sales ahead of the AFM, which runs Oct. 31 to Nov. 7.

The news follows the departure of Charlotte van Weede earlier this year.

The announcement was made Thursday by Mike Goodridge, who took over as CEO of Protagonist in August from Ben Roberts, who became the BFI Film Fund’s topper.

Cirjanic joined Protagonist from its inception in April 2008, most recently serving as sales director.

Bishop has worked in acquisitions for 12 years, joining Protagonist from Revolver Entertainment Group, where he had been head of acquisitions.

Jennifer Fattell, previously of A&E Television Networks, will join the team as sales manager.

Protagonist films include sophomore features by John Michael McDonagh (“Calvary”) and Richard Ayoade (“The Double”).
