New Regency COO/CFO Louis Santor has resigned after a run that spanned two decades, and will be replaced by former Groundswell productions prexy Jonathan Fischer this July.

Santor has been working with Regency chairman Arnon Milchan and CEO Brad Weston on the transition, and will continue to help Fischer ease into his position through the summer.

Fischer will hold the title of chief financial officer. Shingle will increase the duties of its longtime CFO Robert Corzo as part of the change this summer.

“It is with a heavy heart that I reluctantly accept Louis’ resignation,” said Arnon Milchan, Chairman, New Regency. “He is a homegrown talent, a devoted colleague, a trusted financial advisor, and above all, a friend. He has my support and help with all of his future endeavors.”

Santor has most recently helped New Regency acquire its $500 million credit facility.
