Diane Kruger and Anton Yelchin will star in the indie romantic comedy “5 to 7,” written and to be directed by Victor Levin.

Producers are Bonnie Curtis and Julie Lynn of Mockingbird Pictures. The Solution Entertainment Group’s co-founders and partners Lisa Wilson and Myles Nestel are on board as co-executive producers of the film with the company also handling international distribution rights.

The Solution will introduce the project to buyers at the upcoming American Film Market.

Pic’s set to start production in late February and is set in New York. Story centers on an aspiring novelist (Yelchin) has an affair with the beautiful wife of a French diplomat (Kruger).

Levin was a co-executive producer and writer on the AMC series “Mad Men” and an executive producer/writer on the NBC series “Mad About You.” Screenplay credits include “Win a Date with Tad Hamilton!” and co-writing Helen Hunt’s “Then She Found Me.”

Kruger was most recently seen in “Farewell My Queen,” which opened the 2012 Berlin Film Festival. Upcoming projects include “The Host” and “The Green Blade Rises.” Yelchin starred in “Like Crazy” and will reprise his role as Pavel Chekov in “Star Trek Into Darkness.”

Curtis and Lynn most recently produced Arie Posin’s “Look of Live,” currently in post-production and starring Annette Bening, Ed Harris and Robin Williams.
