Josh Holloway set for ‘Paranoia’

'Ghost Protocol' actor joins IM Global thriller

“Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol” thesp Josh Holloway is moving from the IMF to the FBI, as he has joined the cast of IM Global’s thriller “Paranoia,” which Relativity Media will distribute stateside.

Robert Luketic is directing from a script by Jason Dean Hall, based on a previous draft by Barry Levy. An adaptation of Joseph Finder’s novel of the same name, pic stars Liam Hemsworth, Harrison Ford, Gary Oldman, Amber Heard, Lucas Till, Embeth Davidtz, Julian McMahon and Richard Dreyfuss.

Hemsworth stars as a blue-collar guy who is blackmailed by his boss into spying on a rival company. Holloway will play an FBI agent investigating the corporate shenanigans who has a close eye on the protag.

Paranoia” will be produced by Alexandra Milchan of Emjag Prods., Scott Lambert of Film 360 and Deepak Nayar. Relativity will release the film in the U.S. on Sept. 27, 2013. IM Global is handling international distribution.
