“Species” actress Natasha Henstridge and “The Odd Life of Timothy Green” thesp CJ Adams have joined the cast of family actioner “Against the Wild.”
Thesps join Erin Pitt, Ted Whittall and John Tench in the pic, written, directed and produced by “The Dogfather” director Richard Boddington.
“Wild” centers around two children left stranded after their plane crashes in the wilderness. Protected by their Alaskan Malamut, the pair must survive grizzly bears and white water rapids until their parents launch a rescue.
Henstridge appeared in “Secret Circle” last year and is currently shooting “The Bronx Bull,” Jake Lamotta’s boxing pic that became the subject of a rights dispute with Paramount over the summer.
Adams appeared in Disney’s 2007 Steve Carell starrer “Dan in Real Life.”
“Wild” is currently shooting in Ontario and is set to wrap next month.
