Gibney’s Jigsaw hires Offman, Snyder as VPs

Stacey Offman will oversee production

Jigsaw Prods. has hired Stacey Offman as VP of development and production and Dave Snyder as VP of development.

Reporting to Jigsaw founder and president Alex Gibney, Offman will manage Jigsaw’s production business and developing new documentary and feature projects.

Offman has worked at IFC, Comedy Central and FX as well as History Television, OLN, Alliance Atlantis and the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. She was Morgan Spurlock’s producing partner at Warrior Poets (“Where in the World Is Osama Bin Laden?”) and served as supervising producer for Borderline TV.

Snyder will report to Gibney and will develop and oversee new television series. He comes from MTV, where he was exec producer on season two of “World of Jenks.”

Jigsaw recently announcement that Content Media Corp. had invested in Jigsaw and is working with the company to expand its business. Jigsaw is currently in production on an investigative film for HBO; a WikiLeaks film for Universal; “Finding Fela,” a documentary about Fela Kuti; a two-part documentary on 1970s band the Eagles; and “Park Avenue: The Story of Two Americas.”
