Emma Roberts in talks for ‘We’re the Millers’

Actress would join Jennifer Aniston, Jason Sudeikis in comedy

Emma Roberts is in early talks to co-star in New Line’s “We’re the Millers” opposite Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis.

Rawson Marshall Thurber will direct.

Pic follows a veteran pot dealer who creates a fake family as part of his plan to move a huge shipment of weed into the U.S. from Mexico. Kathryn Hahn will portray the wife of a DEA agent who’s on vacation.

Will Poulter and Ed Helms have also recently joined the “Millers” cast.

Tucker Tooley, Vincent Newman, and Happy Walters are producing, and production is set to begin July 23 in North Carolina.

CAA reps Roberts, whose upcoming pics include “Adult World” and “Empire State.” Her next film, “Celeste and Jesse.”
