Olivia Steele-Falconer, Xander Berkely, Craig Bierko and Scott Cohen have joined the cast of indie drama “After the Fall,” opposite David Duchovny, Hope Davis, and Timothy Hutton.

Project, produced by Anthony Mastromauro’s Identity Films, has been shooting in Connecticut. Brenda and Julie Fareri will produce with Mastromauro while John Fareri and Rod Lurie exec produce.

The screenplay is written by Carroll Cartwright (“What Maisie Knew”) and directed by Anthony Fabian (“Skin”). “After the Fall” is based on the story of grieving parents who used the unexpected death of their young daughter — played by Steele-Falconer — as the impetus to build a state of the art children’s hospital where families are welcomed into the healing process.

Berkely (“Taken”) has been cast as one of the primary doctors and Bierko as a hospital CEO.

The Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital is the only hospital in the nation named after a child.
