Indie thriller begins Florida shoot

Casper Van Dien, Barbie Castro, Armand Assante, Eric Roberts and William R. Moses are toplining indie thriller “Assumed Memories,” which is starting shooting for Concord Films.

Barbie Castro and Bernard Salzman are producing with Eric Castro exec producing. Van Dien is on as a co-producer.

Bernard Salzman is directing from his own script, which explores the fatal assumptions that can be made in the absence of proof.

Shooting’s taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
