Norton Herrick has come onboard “2 Guns” as a producer along with his Herrick Entertainment banner.
Currently filming in New Orleans, pic stars Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg and is based on the graphic novels by Steven Grant and published by Boom Studios. “Contraband” director Baltasar Kormakur is helming; Randall Emmett, George Furla, Jeffrey Stott, Ross Richie, Andrew Cosby and Marc Platt produce.
Bill Paxton, Edward James Olmos and James Marsden play supporting roles.
Herrick is a producer on coming-of-age story “Very Good Girls,” written and directed by Naomi Foner. That film stars Ellen Barkin, Richard Dreyfuss, Dakota Fanning, Clark Gregg, Boyd Holbrook, Demi Moore, Elizabeth Olsen, Peter Sarsgaard and Kiernan Shipka. It’s currently lensing on location in New York.
He’s also a producer on “Nightlight,” a supernatural thriller written and directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods that completed production last month.
