Starry quartet joins ‘Kill Your Darlings’

Hall, Foster, Sedgwick, Leigh added to cast of Beat Generation pic

Michael C. Hall, Ben Foster, Kyra Sedgwick and Jennifer Jason Leigh have all joined the cast of “Kill Your Darlings” from Killer Films and Benaroya Pictures.

Pic, which begins lensing in New York on March 19, sees the thesps join previously announced cast members Daniel Radcliffe, Elizabeth Olsen, Dane DeHaan and Jack Huston.

Pic marks the directorial debut of John Krokidas, who also penned the script with Austin Bunn.

Inferno Entertainment is currently shopping the pic to foreign buyers at the EFM while UTA reps domestic rights.

Story is based on the previously untold tale of murder that brought together a young Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac and William Burroughs at Columbia U in 1944, providing the spark that would lead to the Beat Generation.

Christine Vachon is producing with Michael Benaroya and Rose Ganguzza of Rose Pictures. Killer’s Pamela Koffler is serving as exec producer.

Sedgwick is repped by UTA while Leigh is repped by Untitled Entertainment and UTA.

Hall is repped by WME and Authentic.

Foster is repped by WME and manager Ken Jacobson.
