Sony Pictures Classics has picked up North American rights to Susanne Bier’s “Love Is All You Need.”

The romantic comedy, which stars Pierce Brosnan, Trine Dyrholm and Paprika Steen, is the helmer’s follow up to “In a Better World,” which won the foreign-language film Oscar, and was also released by SPC. Pic, which is set in Sorrento, Italy, is about a group of people all seeking love.

The deal was negotiated by CAA on behalf of Scandinavian sales company TrustNordisk.

The film was produced by Sisse Graum Jorgensen and Vibeke Windelov for Zentropa Entertainments 29.

Co-producers include Lumiere, Slot Machine, Film i Vast, DR, SVT, Arte France Cinema, Network Movie, ZDF, Arte and Longride.

Pic also received funding from the Danish Film Institute, the Swedish Film Institute, Eurimages, Nordisk Film & TV-Fond, Canal Plus, Cine Plus, RAI Cinema and the EU’s Media Program.
