Paul Greengrass (“The Bourne Ultimatum”) is directing “Barca,” a documentary about the FC Barcelona soccer club with Richard Brown producing for Anonymous Content.

FilmNation Entertainment, which will handle international sales, unveiled the doc Thursday at Cannes. Anonymous is financing and handling U.S. sales. John Carlin will executive produce.

“Barca,” the soccer club’s nickname, is in pre-production and will focus on the four-year stretch in which Barcelona dominated the sport, winning 13 titles under coach Pep Guardiola, who is stepping down June 30.

“I’m excited to tell the extraordinary story of Barca and their magnificent achievements under Pep Guardiola on film,” Greengrass said. “They have given the world a rare glimpse of sporting perfection, and memories that will last for as long as the game is played.”
