Fox is partnering with fast food chain Fatburger to promote new animated sitcom “Bob’s Burgers” via free food.
Fatburger will give away free burgers this Thursday, Jan. 6, while a handful of stores in L.A., Las Vegas, Chicago and New Jersey will also be rebranded as actual “Bob’s Burger” outlets until the end of the month.
Here in L.A., the Fatburger located at 7450 Santa Monica Blvd. (actually in West Hollywood) will serve as a “Bob’s Burgers.” Promotion is reminiscent to the time 7-11 turned several stores into “Kwik-E Marts” in honor of Fox’s “The Simpsons.”
The select “Bob’s Burgers” locations will serve up the “Thanks a Brunch Burger” (a medium Fatburger topped with bacon and egg) for free on Thursday, Jan. 6 (while supplies last). Other Fatburger locations will serve the “Thanks a Bunch Burger” until the end of February.
The “Fatmobile” will also serve up free burgers Thursday, Jan. 6 through Saturday, Jan. 8 (while supplies last) throughout Los Angeles.
“Bob’s Burgers” launches Jan. 9 on Fox.
