Warner Bros. Intl. TV Production has tapped Adam Joy veep of business development, based in London. Joy previously headed the media corporate finance arm of Numis Securities.

Ingrid Ciprian-Matthews has been upped to veep of news for CBS News. Ciprian-Matthews has been with the Eye since 1993, most recently serving as foreign editor.

ESPN veterans Dave Brown and Stephanie Druley have been appointed veeps of the cabler’s new venture with the U. of Texas. Brown, who has been with ESPN since 1987, will serve as VP of programming and acquisitions for the Austin-based University of Texas Network, set to bow in September. Druley, who joined the cabler in 1990, will be veep of production.

Allison Clarke has been promoted to senior veep of national advertising sales, Eastern region, for cablers We TV and Wedding Central. Clarke joined We in 2008 as veep of national ad sales.

Rainbow Media Global has named Sally Habbershaw veep of scheduling, acquisitions and promotions. She joins the international wing of Rainbow Media from VH1, where she was director of development.

Cory Stern has been appointed veep of development for Stun Creative. Stern joins the L.A.-based advertising agency after working for WMA and as director of development for Conan O’Brien’s Conaco Prods.
