Josh Duhamel, Bruce Willis and Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson are expected to topline indie drama “Fire With Fire” with Emmett/Furla and Cheetah Vision producing.

Producers are Randall Emmett, George Furla, Curtis Jackson, Matthew Rhodes and Andrew Deane with Richard Jackson exec producing. David Barrett is directing from a script by Tom O’Connor.

Voltage Pictures will be selling the pic at Cannes next week. Production’s expected to start June 27.

“Fire With Fire” centers on a fireman in the witness protection program. When he’s threatened by the man he plans to testify against, he takes matters into his own hands to save the love of his life.

“Fire With Fire” is part of a 10-picture deal announced last fall that is backed by a $200 million fund, with Lionsgate releasing the films domestically. Pics under that deal include “Setup,” which completed principal photography earlier this year with Curtis Jackson, Willis and Ryan Phillippe starring; and police drama “Freelancers.”

Emmett-Furla is also developing gambling drama “Lay the Favorite” with Rebecca Hall and Willis attached.

Duhamel was last seen in “Life As We Know It” and is part of New Line’s ensemble comedy “New Year’s Eve.” Willis appeared in theaters last year in Summit Entertainment’s “Red” and Nu Image/Millennium-Lionsgate’s “The Expendables.”

Willis is repped by CAA and Duhamel by ICM.
